You keep ownership of what you write. Keep a separate copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, and use the app respectfully.
Using Throw Away Notes
These terms describe your use of Throw Away Notes, provided by Tiny App Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. For an App Store download, Apple’s applicable store terms and Standard End User License Agreement also govern your license where no custom license applies.
Your words stay yours
You retain ownership of the content you create or import. You are responsible for that content and for having permission to use and share it. Do not use the app to violate the law or another person’s rights. Importing text from another app does not transfer ownership of that text to you.
Keeping and deleting notes
The app is a lightweight note-taking tool. Notes in Bin can be restored for up to 30 days unless permanently deleted sooner; expired notes are removed when the app opens or becomes active. Permanent deletion cannot be undone in the app.
Keep separate copies of important information. Storage, sync, search results, and widget refreshes may be delayed, unavailable, or affected by device or system conditions. The app does not guarantee recovery of lost notes.
Device and system features
Some features depend on your device, iOS version, language support, Apple account, and available services. Standard device builds support iCloud sync when available; local previews do not. On-device search enhancements may be unavailable or produce imperfect classifications. Check the original note when accuracy matters.
Apple controls the availability of in-app rating prompts. Email and external links open system or third-party services, which have their own terms. A feature request does not create a promise that a feature will be built.
Availability and your rights
We may update the app and its features over time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional iCloud services, shared text, widgets, on-device search, and support email. Please read it alongside these terms.
